1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all training services provided by Marketing Adsmen PLT, Registration No. 202404002468, trading as AI Training Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"), and to your use of the website at www.ai-training.my ("the Website"). By booking a course or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

If you are making a booking on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf, and references to "you" include that organisation.

2. Our services

We provide practical, instructor-led training delivered on-site at your premises or at a mutually agreed venue. Our current flagship programme is AI SEO Training, a 2-day course covering Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Course content, exercises and materials are tailored to the participating organisation. We may adjust the agenda before or during a session where doing so better serves the learning objectives.

3. Bookings and confirmation

A booking request submitted through the Website, WhatsApp or email is an enquiry only. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation or invoice specifying the agreed dates, venue, participant numbers and fees.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for a session to proceed. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where the minimum is not met.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are charged per participant for the full course and are subject to the minimum participant requirement. Current rates are published on the relevant course page - see AI SEO Training or our course listing. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit.

The fee that applies to your booking is the one stated in your written booking confirmation or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full no later than two weeks (14 days) before the first day of training. We reserve the right to release a reserved date where payment has not been received by that time. Where travel outside the stated service area is required, additional travel and accommodation costs may apply and will be quoted in advance.

Fees quoted for one booking do not establish pricing for future bookings. We may revise our published rates at any time; revisions do not affect bookings already confirmed in writing.

5. Postponement

Postponement requests must be sent to us in writing. The terms that apply to your booking, including any charge payable, are those stated in your booking confirmation.

You may substitute a participant at no charge at any time before the session begins by notifying us in writing.

If we postpone a session for reasons within our control, you may choose a rescheduled date or a full refund of fees paid for that session. Our liability in these circumstances is limited to the fees paid.

6. Your responsibilities

Where training is delivered at your premises, you are responsible for providing a suitable room, seating, power, reliable internet access and any display equipment reasonably required for the session, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Because exercises are performed on your own website, you are responsible for ensuring participants have any access credentials or permissions they need. Delays caused by unavailable access do not extend the session or entitle you to a refund.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to us, including participant numbers, contact details and website access.

7. Changes made to your website

Training sessions may involve reviewing or amending your live website. You remain solely responsible for your website, its content and any changes made to it, whether during a session or afterwards. We recommend you maintain a current backup before training begins.

We are not responsible for loss of data, downtime, ranking changes or any other consequence arising from changes made to your website by you or your personnel.

8. No guarantee of results

Search engines and AI answer engines operate using systems we do not control and which change without notice. While our training reflects current, tested practice, we do not warrant or guarantee any particular ranking, citation, traffic level, lead volume or commercial outcome.

Any examples, case references or figures discussed during training or shown on the Website are illustrative and are not a promise of comparable results.

9. Intellectual property

All course materials, slides, templates, frameworks, handouts and recordings remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Materials are provided to registered participants for their own internal business use only.

You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, or use our materials to deliver training to third parties, whether commercially or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Recording of a session by any means requires our prior written consent.

All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics and layout, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a booking, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid by you for that booking.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of anticipated savings.

11. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, transport disruption, natural disaster, epidemic, government restriction, civil disturbance, or failure of utilities or telecommunications. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule to the nearest practical date.

12. Website use

The Website is provided for general information. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is free from error or that it will be available uninterrupted. We may change or withdraw any part of the Website without notice.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites.

13. Privacy

Personal data submitted through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the date of your booking confirmation is the version that applies to that booking. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
