1. Introduction

Marketing Adsmen PLT, Registration No. 202404002468, trading as AI Training Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"), operates the website at www.ai-training.my. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you.

We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a booking or enquiry through the Website, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

• Name and company or organisation name
• Email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• Number of participants and preferred training dates
• Training location, city or area
• Any additional information you include in your message, such as your industry, objectives or current level

Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we record the IP address of the submitting device and the date and time, to help us detect and prevent automated abuse. Our web host may also keep standard server logs.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data as defined under the PDPA, and we ask that you do not include such information in your messages.

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements
• Prepare quotations, confirmations and invoices
• Plan, tailor and deliver the training you book
• Communicate with you about scheduling and logistics
• Maintain our own business records, including accounting records
• Detect and prevent spam and fraudulent submissions

We rely on your consent, given when you submit an enquiry, and on the necessity of processing to prepare for and perform a contract with you.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent, and any marketing message we send will include a way to opt out.

4. Disclosure of your data

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal data to anyone.

We may share aggregated or anonymised information that cannot be linked to you individually, such as general statistics on enquiry volumes or industries, with our business partners.

We may share your personal data with trusted third parties who help us operate our business, such as our web hosting, email and customer relationship management providers, on the condition that they keep the information confidential and use it only for the purpose we have specified.

We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or by a regulator or law enforcement agency.

5. Data security

We adopt appropriate collection, storage and processing practices, along with security measures, to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of the personal data we hold on our systems. This includes HTTPS encryption on the Website and access controls on the systems where enquiry records are kept.

The Website uses a session cookie, which is necessary for the booking form to function correctly, for example to preserve what you typed if a submission fails. This cookie does not track you across other websites.

We may use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use our pages. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how parts of the Website work.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to request correction of any data that is inaccurate or out of date. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal data.

8. Third-party links

The Website links to other sites, including WhatsApp and our sister sites. This policy does not cover those services. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

9. Children

Our training is intended for businesses and working professionals. The Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
